It all began with an information invitation sent by a very good friend Iaree, asking @letstalkaboutsweets to try sending an email @KapeKing to be featured as pastry of the month.
Honestly speaking, we fear that the idea won't work for us. For one, it requires and it demands @letstalkaboutsweets to deliver fresh pastries everyday during weekdays.
But we will never get to harvest the fruit of our labors on a daily basis.
Secondly, we are also afraid that we will be making a good sale.
Not because we are not confident on our brand but I guess these things are pretty normal to feel.
We sent our desire to join last week of August and they replied back with a goodnews that we are chosen on the 25th of September 2019.
An email received from @KapeKing an invitation confirmation as chosen pastry of the month
25th of September 2019

@letstalkaboutsweets communicated personally to the operations manager Mr. Erick Macasaet of @KapeKing.
Two days after we met personally at the ABS-CBN The Loop Foodcourt in Quezon City and discussed other details if ever we will be approving the invites proposal.
But @letstalkaboutsweets felt the sincerety and the very welcoming idea they wanted us to accept...we embraced the idea and the rest is history!

@letstalkaboutsweets gathered all the finacial resources needed before we officially began selling our sweets on @KapeKing's kioks. We began allowing prospective buyers to finally tastes our pastries on the 2nd of October 2019.

On our very first week we started selling Banana Loaf Mini and a few big sizes, everyone's favorite Brownies, dozen of Chocolate Cupcakes, Revel Bars, and Deep Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies and at the latter week, introduced our version of Carrot Loaf.
These were approved sweets @Let'sTalkAboutSweets submitted to @KapeKing and also with permission to the ABS-CBN The Loop Foodcourt Admin.
The rule is to do not duplicate the products that they were selling to give other stores also the very opportunity to sell their goods the way we do.

We were delighted with the outcome of our sales. To maintain and even more encourage many prospective sweet buyers @letstalkaboutsweets improved our means of diplaying our goods.
At the beginning, we were just using a silver baking plates but eventually looked for white plates to even make the product noticeable and enticing too. Because we understand the idea that we have to be appealing all the time. And we wanted to create not just wants but needs to think of having desserts and choosing our brand over other competitors.
We had a great advice to lower price of the sweets. This suggestion is at first hard to do, because as a business entity we wanted also to earn income. But we were able to figure it out and still selling and having an income every week.

We also improved our sales and promotions by placing readable signages on every desserts plus we put labels on some products to constantly remind buyers that they are bringing sweets from @Let'sTalkAboutSweets!
And most importantly, a business card which will give every buyers a call to action, to contact us and make a transaction even not anymore in partnership with @KapeKing.

But we are very much honored and felt blessed for the very wonderful business opportunity.
The idea that was put into to market our sweets @KapeKing and also to support other small or established pastry owners was one brilliant idea!

We will be bringing a beautiful smile and a very unforgettable experience at home because we learned alot from this very tie-up.

May the @KapeKing bloom and grow more
so that it will continuously serve their customer's in their tagline...

Bayan Mo, iPatrol Mo Digitales 2019: The Mobile Documentary Contest Winners!

Far from a face to face conversation, a telephone call maybe where you agreed to meet elsewhere but not changing the time and venue anymore. Back then everything was concrete and well-planned.
But today's generation where we addressed it as the "Golden Era" one prominent and yet wide reach medium of communication is known by many as "Cellular Phone" or "Mobile Phone".
Back in year 2000, where the leading mobile industry launched "Nokia" this action leads to the idea of today's different mobile brands and models existence.
But the concrete answer why it was such a hit is because of its usefulness where you can bring anywhere (handy), and that it possesses the power of the internet to have a wide reach anywhere in the world.
But such technology has a pros and cons, some abuses it for the proliferation of what is very popular today as "fake news" or "disinformation".
One would remember a very obvious abused of this was during the 2016 Presidential Elections where now President Rodrigo Roa Duterte's former Social Media Manager created hundreds of fake Facebook accounts which was removed eventually.
Some were used to promote a particular candidates but most of it were made to destroy one's reputations at the expense of other candidates.
With the mentioned examples and other related incident to the subject matter, this leads to the thinking of "Bayan Mo, iPatrol Mo" to do a documentary by just using a mobile phone with the intention of fighting for the proliferation of "disinformation" which is now prevalent in this era.

Back then I was interviewed this was somewhere in Cubao. And we had to stopped and paused every now and then for there was unwanted noise coming from a blender that never went into timing during the shooting.

I'd like to say CONGRATULATIONS guys to the group of Lavay, Charlene, Maxine, and to other group members. Kindly forgive me for not memorizing all your names. But kudos to all of you. I am but one proud Professor and a resourced person here.
