Hello and Goodbye!

Why everything seems to have a counterpart? We even notice this in food businesses that of fast food chains like Jollibee and Mcdonalds. Even in movies we live by protagonist and antagonist. There’s Sunlight and later on here comes Sunset. There even happiness and at the end of the day sometimes you feel sad.
One of the most celebrated days in the world is the day we are born. But as days goes by…as part of life’s cycle someone has to say goodbye.
This will remind us all that life is so short. That is why sometimes we even heard somebody says “live today as if it’s your last”. Because really nobody can tell how much time is left on us.
There even came to the point that when someone is dying…we are praying that God will still give mercy and soon that person recovers. But at the time we see our loved-ones suffering from pain…we even prayed to God please gave this person an eternal peace.
Like a seed that starts to grow and blossom it will soon die.
Getting over from people whom we’ve lost is the hardest part of it. But as time goes by with love and acceptance soon you’ll get over it.

Instant CHEF!

Last night I experimented on a previous dish from what we featured in our show GOOD NEWS.  I was hungry and craving for a midnight snack so what I did is refresh my mind and again look at some ingredients that made up of a recipe we are going to call “Canned Tuna Spaghetti”.
Lately I was cleaning up all my documents in my laptop and I accidentally spotted ingredients there. I don’t know at the time I was craving last night and I tried retrieving the document I couldn’t find it. I even tried retrieving the episode on the web where it was posted. But the key words I am typing didn’t give me the result I wanted.
I ended up looking at the script I saved. Not only the ingredients present there but also the procedure how to do it.
I started looking for the ingredients and went to a store nearby. When I was about to start cooking…I found out that our shellane was empty. I know myself very well…you can’t stop me if I want to do this or that. So, I look for ways how to make it possible.
I went to my mom’s house to borrow her LPG and bring it home. Don’t worry it was just a 10-15 steps away from our house. This is a lot better than to bring all the ingredients plus all cooking stuffs there.
I asked my wife to prepare all the ingredients and finally I started cooking.
Imagine what you need is just the following…spaghetti noodles or elbow macaroni or a mix of them. Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Mushrooms, tomato or spaghetti sauce, condensed milk,  canned tuna, salt and pepper to taste.
I must say that the success of the recipe would lie on the reaction of the people who would taste it. I don’t know magic happens music to my ears…I’ve been hearing my sister requesting for another plate. Plus the fact that my wife kept on telling me that the recipe I’d made tasted so good!
Because I think I can handle this recipe…when we visited my wife’s grandmother during the New Year’s Eve… I cooked again for them. And I got the same response.
Thanks to “Canned Tuna Spaghetti” recipe…I am now an instant Chef!
