Its been so long I couldn't even remember when was the last time I hit the gym. At home I usually do push-ups and a little stretching only, this was due to weekday work load tight schedule.
Today, given the chance staying at the Holiday Inn again, I never think twice about pursuing it and finally gave myself a chance to do bench press, mid-section crunches, and a lot more.
Why not?
After all... its for free! (-:
